Dairying is the lifeline of the smallholders in Indian subcontinent. Organizational diagnosis has been proven an effective management tool for maintaining the health and rapid growth of the dairy organizations in India so that livelihood and income of the millions dairyman could be sustained. Dr. S.R.K.Singh, topped in ARS 1999 batch, is working as Sr. Scientist at ZPD, Zone VII, Jabalpur. He pursued his B.Sc. (Ag) from BHU, Varanasi and M.Sc. and Ph.D. at NDRI, Karnal. He got merit scholarship and three young scientist awards. He published 70 research articles in reputed journals along with 6 books, 17 bulletins, 7 book chapters.
