Reflective practice is accomplished when a thoughtful activity is converted into a potential learning experience which when explored could improve a professionals way of practice, leading to a better and improved form of patient care. The aim of this work was to determine whether reflective practice was a meaningful activity for the training of Radiographers and Physiotherapists to improve their clinical practice.

William Kwadwo Antwi is a Lecturer at Department of Radiography University of Ghana. His interest has been to develop reflective practice among Allied Health Professional students in Ghana. The aim is inculcate in the students how to become a reflective professional when qualified to improve their work.
