The military punctuated Nigeria politics in January 15, 1966 on the ground of corruption, nepotism and tribalism, party schisms, political instability and economic under-development of the people. Since January 15, 1966, the military had sojourned in Nigerias political process for twenty nine years of the nations fifty five years history. After many years of military rule, the question now is, Have the various Military regimes serve as panacea to the problem of Nigeria?
