The research focused on using modern technology in road traffic management. Urban centers in third world countries are faced with traffic congestion and rampant accidents a problem that affects all routes. Technology can aid arresting problems that result into traffic congestion and accidents which are mainly due to reckless driving. Combined in action with a centralized control center traffic can be well managed while exploiting the limited available resources.

Matthew Bazanya possesses a MSc ICT Management, Policy and Architectural Design (UMU), BSci (CS, Phy and Math) MUK, Dip' Business Studies, CCNA, and Linux Administration & Security. He also has practical experience in: Database design and administration, Website design/programming and management, Networking and auto tracking, and Multimedia.
