One of the big obstacles in the development of small and medium companies is the lack of quality and cheap financing of their growth, development and investing. Additional stimulation of the financial institutions is needed to lessen the way to cheaper capital. Also it is needed to found guarantee and investment funds and similar mechanism, because most of the small companies do not have enough abilities for collateral insuring of the financing. The state should demonstrate strategy for development of small and medium companies, the potential of the services and contents based broadband availability. Education, giving information and services of the state institutions to the companies and citizens in major part can benefit from the broadband availability and should have priority in the government strategy.

Dr. Agon Halabaku, born in October 12, 1964 in Pozharan - Viti, Republic of Kosovo. He completed his PhD in Business Administration at Apolllos University in 2015 and in 2019, in Brcko at Internacional Univerzitet, he completed his doctoral studies in Law Sciences. He is a lecturer at UBT College in Pristina.
