This book covers the feasibility study for recommending Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) for Tripoli Libya. Respondents, who are potential customers for this study were administered questionnaire and interview questions to ascertain their opinion of traffic congestion in Tripoli Libya. Their opinion on introducing ERP in Tripoli was also investigated. SPSS was the data analysis tool used. ERP zones was suggested based on traffic congestion areas. Target consumers of this book are ERP experts, researchers in Transportation area and government bodies.
