Ramanujan Srinivasa Aiyangar (1887-1920) was a champion in the field of Mathematics. His short but very productive life, continues to amaze the world and thus to be an inspiration for mathematicians across the world over the years. He is recognised as one of the greatest mathematicians of his time despite he had almost no formal training in Mathematics. Ramanujan died having given numerous important theories and concepts to the world that are being used to this date. His contribution is duly recognized today. This book follows him from when he was a child to his death.

Hayat Rezgui is a Doctor of Sciences (in Mathematics). She currently works at the Department of Mathematics, École Normale Supérieure de Kouba (Algiers, Algeria) as a University lecturer/researcher. She does research in Mathematical Physics, Optics, Multiresolutions, Algebra and Number Theory. She has several publications (in renowned journals).
