SNEJANA SLANTCHEVA is Director of the Regional Center for Research on Private Higher Education in Central and Eastern Europe, and is a member of PROPHE. She is the author of several articles includingPrivate Higher Education in Bulgaria.

DANIEL LEVY is Distinguished Professor of Education, SUNY-Albany and Director of PROPHE (Program for Research on Private Higher Education).
