He has worked in 46 countries with over 400+ healthcare facilities using advanced analytics to improve outcomes management for staff and patients, with results of cost savings up to $5.7 million. He co-authored the bookMeasuring Caring with Dr. Jean Watson and has authored or co-authored over 50 scholarly works. He has served as a graduate adjunct professor, mentored graduate students, and presented at numerous global industry conferences. He has worked with government organizations including the CMS in the US and the NHS in the UK.

Jayne Felgen, MPA, RN, is President Emeritus and Consultant at Creative Health Care Management. She has expertise in Relationship-Based Care® and is the originator of the I2E2 implementation strategy.

Mary Ann Hozak, MSN, RN,is Administrative Director of Cardiology at St. Josephs Health in Paterson, New Jersey, USA. She has over 10 years experience in Relationship-Based Care® methodology and participated in most of the research projects reported on in this book.
