Beschreibung
Will the Corona-crisis strenghten or weaken international law? This volume seeks to answer that question, by analysing topics such as closed borders and vaccination-nationalism, but also international solidarity and cooperation as part of global governance. The role of international law with redards to defeating the pandemic and its ability to influence decision-makers will be questioned. The question of whether a global pandemic treaty would be an adequate solution will be treated in this volume as well.
