Gender research is still an empty space in the didactics of aesthetic subjects. This is where this volume comes in, combining empirical and conceptual contributions with a focus on re- and deconstruction as well as performativity of gender. In three parts, the authors discuss teaching materials as well as the teaching activities of students and teachers and a gender-sensitive teacher training program.
