This book proposes a procedure for selecting international markets for the products of the Cement Business Group (GECEM), based on the elements of the theory of fuzzy subsets or fuzzy logic. The main tools used, the Fuzzy-Delphi method and the Expert Estimation, allow, through the opinion of experts, to obtain subjective information to obtain an estimate, with greater scientific rigour, of the attractiveness of foreign markets, allowing them to be hierarchised according to it, giving it mathematical treatment in order to facilitate decision-making. They are easy to manipulate and can be easily applied in Microsoft Excel. Their application was carried out on the basis of 13 countries.
