Beschreibung
In the contemporary era, the approach of disease treatment employing the available health care tools has been highly thwarted. With the involvement of complex aetiology and progression of a disease, the reliance on the available synthetic drugs as well as delivery systems are considered to be quite less effective. The key challenges are primarily due to the issues of poor biopharmaceutical characteristics. In this regard, the modern healthcare system demands the availability of smart drug delivery system for catering the healthcare need. The present research work is a testimony of the fact on versatile applications of nanostructured carriers to become the next generation therapeutic tools for herbal drugs with the synthetic molecule. The present book, in this regard, endeavours to provide an updated account on recent advancement in the field of nanostructured system with special emphasis on the application of the herbal drug in conjunction with the synthetic drug for improved wound healing effect along with minimizing the dose related toxicity of silver sulfadiazine and much more.
