Lucas Abrek took his time publishing. There is no reason to teach a medieval saying: Rome was not made in a day In 1976, at the age of twelve, he began to write. A year or two later, after the initial 100 pages, he abandoned the project for his first novel due to insufficient historical information and destroyed the manuscript. He devoted himself to short stories, plays and a science fiction novel that he failed in 1982, at the end of high school, when he recognized that he needed more life experience to finish it.In 2019 he took up an unpublished novel from 1986, which he turned into The River of Fragrance Flowers. Between one moment and another there is family, work, study, other countries, many academic texts and some literary projects, all of which paved the way for the later stage.
