Colour atlas of cultivated plants in Middle Europe This colour atlas offers founded information about history and origin of more than 280 plants which are cultivated in the mid-European region. Older and current varieties are considered, from food to oil producing and healing plants, even dye and gum plants, each one with colour photo.
