'Contemporary and Fundamental Questions of Economic Criminal Law - 6th German-Franco Conference on Criminal Law' This conference volume contains the papers presented at the 6th German-Franco Conference on Criminal Law. They deal with different aspects of economic criminal law, e.g. the importance of negotiations and deals in economic criminal proceedings, the necessity and legitimacy of specialized law enforcement authorities, corporate liability for international crimes, the protection of human rights in the European multi-level system and the Europeanisation of tax criminal law.

Since 2016 Stefanie Bock is a Professor for Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, International Criminal Law and Comparative Law at the Philipps-Universität Marburg, Germany, and Acting Director of the International Research and Documentation Centre for War Crimes Trials. Her main fields of research are international criminal law, European criminal law and victims rights. She also is the vice chair of the commission for criminal law of the German Women Lawyers Association (since 2018) and one of the Associate Editors of the Criminal Law Forum (since 2015). Prior to taking up her current position she worked as assistant professor and senior research assistant at the Georg-August-Universität Göttingen, chair of Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Kai Ambos.
