Beschreibung
This book came about a little bit to pay homage to a group of friends who were descendants of Italian immigrants and I wrote it at the suggestion of my "Aunt Chela", who was a university professor and now retired, and who spent her hours doing book editing work, including my own. When I brought her this work, she was very enthusiastic, she told me"Laura, your stories are full of emotion", but she, as she had Italian in her veins (not in mine), gave it "her personal touch", for me it was and is very special, since this is the last book that my aunt Chela (Celia Priegue Fassano) edited before her death and it was she who did honor to her Italian-Argentine blood, He added his favorite recipes and the name "Cuentos con sabor italiano" came up. I thought it was a unique touch, maybe nice for a storybook, but I thought it was all about everything and I left his recipes. But everything has to do with everything, I had my stories translated into English, because my blood formed their family in the U.S., today I have two offspring there that call me "grandmather", and I have the desire or hope that the distances are shortened and I arrive in stories for them with my grandmother's love.
